Senior Services, Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation, and the City Heights Community Development Corporation dedicated the Talmadge Gateway Thursday. The $20.7 million complex houses 59-units reserved for formerly homeless seniors. Rent is only 30% of their monthly income.
