(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, October 21, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO and LAS VEGAS -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, launched its much-anticipated new business book to a large gathering today at Technology Services World (TSW) Service Transformations in Las Vegas. Garnering much industry attention as a game-changing book for every type of business executive, “B4B: How Technology and Big Data Are Reinventing the Customer-Supplier Relationship” is based on TSIA’s work with over 300 leading suppliers that are working together on a single challenge: business model transformation.
Authors J.B. Wood, president and CEO of TSIA; Todd Hewlin, managing director of TCG Advisors; and Thomas Lah, executive director of TSIA, frame what is possible in an age where suppliers are connected to their customers in real time.
