SAN DIEGO and SANTA CLARA, May 9, 2014 – Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn, vice president and general manager of learning at Cisco, was the keynote speaker at the Women in Services (WIS) networking dinner held on May 6 at Technology Services World 2014 Best Practices in Santa Clara. The three-day conference, hosted by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), is the preeminent source of learning and peer networking in the services industry.
Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn is vice president and general manager of learning at Cisco, where she oversees strategic business planning, long-range business opportunities, and the strategy for portfolio investments across Cisco Services. Her focus is leading the services-wide center of excellence for innovation, globalization, and the commercialization of out-of-the-box value packaging of services.
In her keynote discussion, Jeanne shared her story of key decisions, roles, and opportunities that have enriched her both professionally and personally.
