After a 2-month break in shooting cooking demonstrations, LeVinRouge have returned to YouTube screens with their Italian Special Series. As Julien Morelle, chef in the LeVinRouge Cooking Series tells his followers, "the series continues (building on the previous episodes of Tomato and Basil Sauce, Homemade Lasagne and Chocolate Salami) with a slight diversion, to a wonderfully light Lemon Chicken Dish. We wanted to find the perfect summer dish for this season and we believe this to be it".
Morelle says he took inspiration from attending an Italian Cuisine Class and wanted to share some of his favourite Italian dishes with his YouTube fans. In their YouTube series, LeVinRouge share cooking tips and offer suggestions on wine pairing, based on their own personal experiences.
