A company spokesperson said it is their first step in creating a caring and compassionate pet lover's online community of like-minded people. She stated that the company plans to offer relevant pet owner content, human and pet interest stories, pet supplies and accessories information and product promotions and contests. She said the company looks forward to an open dialog with pet owners worldwide.
Our Pet Stuff is a new supplier of pet care products and accessories. Their first product, the P-lite Pet Stain Detector is scheduled to go live on Amazon.com in a matter of just a few days. The company will offer and sell the P-lite and other products 100% online. They do not anticipate a brick and mortar type of store front presence.
Rick McKee, founder of Our Pet Stuff said he is excited to be developing a social media presence for his new company and brand. McKee said "As an online supplier of pet care supplies we feel it is vitally important to reach out to our customer base online and what better vehicle than Facebook?". He continued "Our first Facebook Fan Page is very general and broad based community for all pets and all pet owners around the globe. We may add more pages for different types of pets (dogs, cats, birds, exotic, etc.), various niches and interests going forward". "We are serious about building a large and meaningful social media presence and want to be able to make a significant contribution and difference to pets and pet owners everywhere".
McKee said the company is currently in the process of hiring a Social Media Marketing and Communications Manager to establish a robust brand identity on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest.
