(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, February 11, 2015 ) SAN DIEGO, CA – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today's technology services organizations, today launched a new study titled "Brazil Lite Benchmark Study," conducted by Julia Stegman, TSIA's VP of research, service revenue generation. This is the first in a new series of country-specific benchmark studies that TSIA will be conducted over the course of 2015 for recurring services. While future studies in this series will include subscriptions, the Brazil Lite Benchmark Study will primarily focus on maintenance and support revenues in Brazil.
This “lite” benchmark study consists of 50 questions to analyze the sale and renewal of maintenance and support contracts, specifically in Brazil. Participation in this study is open to members of TSIA’s Service Revenue Generation discipline. Based on study responses, members of TSIA’s Service Revenue Generation discipline will be able to:
• Assess whether their recurring service revenues are performing at, above, or below other companies within a specific country.
• Provide a streamlined benchmarking approach to quickly assess country-level performance.
• Identify the practices that are contributing to higher service revenue growth within a specific country.
“These lite benchmark studies are exclusive to TSIA SRG member companies and are included as part of their membership,” says Julia Stegman, VP of research for service revenue generation at TSIA. “Our hope is that our members will take advantage of these insights to help grow their service revenues faster in Brazil.”
Deliverables from this study include personalized findings, as well as the current practices of pacesetting companies in Brazil, which will be released to members of TSIA’s SRG discipline at the conclusion of this study.
Members of TSIA’s SRG discipline receive invitations to participate in the latest studies and surveys conducted by TSIA, and have access to benchmark reports, comparisons of the current practices, metrics, and business results within the technology services industry. The TSIA Research team analyzes the benchmark data from each study and provides a review for the member organization, including recommendations based on the best practices across the industry.
More information about the SRG discipline and TSIA’s 2015 research calendar can be found at www.tsia.com/service-revenue-generation.html, or by contacting Julia Stegman at julia.stegman@tsia.com.
