The team is excited to make the announcement with this great news by adding a top agent to its team in San Diego, Mr. Parcel. He is known for his impressive years of service in the Real Estate industry since his start in the Real Estate Industry in 1998.
He started his San Diego Real Estate Agent career right after attaining a degree in Business/Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Parcel became a top mortgage producer and has moved into his management roles and other real estate agent positions.
Keller Williams San Diego Metro team takes pride of Chris Parcel as a new addition. This is because he has spent many years in the real estate industry honing his craft. Some of his experience includes starting and running a real estate and mortgage company based in La Jolla, California in 2004. It was also the First National Home Loans and was called Christopher Kipling Unique Properties where he employed around 30 agents and loan officers. After exiting that business, Chris moved to Costa Rica in 2007 and lived in Central America. His goal was to build and sell real estate to Americans in Costa Rica. Quickly, he became the managing partner of an eco-friendly housing development.
After several years, he has returned home to San Diego and has been active in property management, real estate sales, flipping, and remediating light industrial commercial and residential buildings.
Being a new Broker Associate of Keller Williams, he specializes in finding, analyzing, presenting, and brokering unique investment opportunities of any size. He has worked with a network of investors and has proven to be beneficial for the future success of the Keller Williams team.
As he focused more on distressed real estate within the area of Southern California and in the purchase of non-performing mortgage notes for any light industrial commercial buildings throughout the United States, the team finds it even more advantages for their services. Also, the team can also benefit from his network of investors that is open to investment, business, and real estate opportunities in the emerging foreign markets.
Aside from being busy as a San Diego real estate agent working in the growing So Cal Real Estate industry, Chris Parcel, is also very active in his local community and he also loves traveling. At times, he spends his free time golfing and surfing.
