(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, February 11, 2016 ) Santee, CA -- Survival Hax, a company that specializes in survival and self defense equipment, has announced that they will release the Survival Folding Knife later this month. The new knife doubles as a multitool with a screwdriver and integrated bottle opener.
Benny Lawnhut from North Carolina said. "I got one of the new Survival Knives for myself because I need a good EDC tool to carry on the job. I'm often cutting open boxes and tightening down odd bolts. I picked this over a multitool because you get 4 screwdriver bits and a much better blade."
The folding lock blade knife has driver bit that the four different screwdriver bits fit in to. The bits are magnetic so they don't fall off when in storage mode. A titanium coated handle and point bottom allows the knife to become a glass breaker. The pointy underside is able to easily penetrate windshields and solid ice in emergency situations. The handle is 4 1/4 inches long, designed to fit into pockets without being cumbersome.

The EDC knife is 7 1/2 inches in total length when opened. The blade alone is 4 1/4 inches long with a partially serrated edge. The blade is 1 inch wide with a hardness of 58HRC. The multiool survival knife will hit the shelves of Survival Hax.com and Amazon in February.
