(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, October 09, 2012 ) Berkeley CA -- The United Servicers Association (USA) is devoted to helping their members achieve maximum success by providing educational tools and their own exclusive appliance repair seminar. The USA will be offering appliance repair training workshops 12 major metro cities this fall.
Appliance service companies and their technicians are eagerly looking forward to the USA taking their RSM appliance repair seminar on the road to deliver it at regional levels. The Fall 2012 Regional Service Meeting is an educational series of 2-day appliance repair seminar events being held in a dozen US cities this fall.
USA will share with attendees proven business management strategies to improve their business in the many categories including:
• Internet Marketing • Calculating Hourly Cost of a Service Call • Flat Rate Pricing • Technician Productivity through New Technology
Manufacturers including Whirlpool, Bosch and Dacor will provide in-depth factory training using their own products to demonstrate the current repair techniques associated with their brand. Home service providers across the nation will attend this appliance repair seminar and networking event.
Each appliance repair seminar includes 2 meals, discounted rooms and parking for attendees who stay the night. Each day offers three 4-hour sessions to allow all managers and technicians to attend all events or just the ones related to their job.
Registration to the RSM appliance repair workshop is open to all service companies. The workshop will be held on November 8 and 9. Seating is limited, so register soon. Visit http://usas.memberclicks.net/rsm-registration for details.
The latest and greatest benefit of membership to the USA is the Online Service Sharing Library containing access to service manuals and bulletins. Technicians can access critical information using their laptops right from their customer’s home to provide more efficient service. Only current USA members are allowed access to the Online Service Sharing Library.
The service library is one more reason to be a member of the non-profit trade association of United Servicers. The USA is devoted to building strong service businesses to compete in today’s competitive environment. Visit http://www.appliancerepairtraining.org/ for more information.
