(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, January 12, 2014 ) San Diego, CA – Changes to laws regarding disclosure about mortgage details, expected in August of 2015, offer good news to those buying homes. Shanne Sleder of San Diego Mortgage News discussed how this new CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) announcement will impact lenders as well as consumers,
“All lenders will have to provide simple disclosure, saving home buyers from wading through a telephone-directory sized document to get the gist of the financial end of their home loan. Even small lenders will need to do this.”
