(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, May 02, 2014 ) San Diego, California -- More and more viewers of Julien Morelle's Food and Wine Pairing Demonstration are subscribing to the LeVinRouge YouTube channel. Morelle, founder of LeVinRouge Wine Aerators, says it has become a running joke among his friends and colleagues some of whom now refer to him as "Dish", thanks to comments from YouTube followers. In Episode 4 of LeVinRouge's Food and Wine Pairing Demonstrations, Morelle invites us to share his recipe for Cod en Papillote, using lots of healthy fresh produce in the preparation. He says this is a dish that he expects to be very popular heading into the summer months as it's very light, super healthy and so easy to prepare.
