This time, the Italian Special continues with a foray into homemade pasta. Julien Morelle, the chef at LeVinRouge, is almost childlike with excitement when it comes to making homemade pasta, Whelan tells us. "It's quite possibly his favourite kitchen activity, so followers can expect to witness the usual passion from Julien in this episode, and then some!" The episode however, doesn't focus entirely on the homemade pasta, as they at LeVinRouge acknowledge that not everyone has the time to make their own pasta, so the recipe is equally as good with store-bought pasta. "The focus is on the carbonara sauce in this one", says Whelan, "and bear in mind, the aim of the game, is to make as much of our dishes as possible from scratch so you know you are getting only the finest, freshest and healthiest ingredients in your food preparation".
