Dr. P's Tape is a new tape designed and tested by a sports chiropractor in San Diego over the last 12 years. During that time, he has helped everyone from professional athletes, weekend warriors to mom's chasing toddlers. He realized kinesiology tape had an effective and profound affect on their injuries and performance.
Dr.P's Tape is a specific blend of hypoallergenic materials including cotton, rayon, and spandex. This creates an elastic tape that only stretches along the length of the tape, not the width. This unidirectional stretch allows more precise control over exactly what muscle fibers need to be treated. On the underside is a safe non-irritrating adhesive that is applied is a wave pattern.

A few tips on how to most effectively use kinesiology tape:
-The tape sticks best to clean, dry skin, so always make sure there is no lotion, sun screen, or sweat on the skin. If there is, clean with an alcohol wipe first.
-trim (round) off the corners of the tape into an oval to better avoid the corners pealing up.
-leave on the affected area for 2-3 days, no longer, then let the skin air for one day before re-applying.
