(SanDiego.CityRegions.Com, July 13, 2012 ) SAN DIEGO, CA – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, announced the schedule for its annual Technology Services World (TSW) Service Transformations conference, being held October 15-17, 2012, at the Mirage Resort in Las Vegas. The conference will showcase thought-provoking discussions about how today’s technology companies are transforming their service businesses to address the radically new market realities of Consumption Economics, the cloud, social media, and more.
Education sessions will include presentations from industry leaders Cisco, EMC, HP, McAfee, Oracle, Pitney Bowes, PwC, SAP, and many others. The keynote lineup to date includes industry thought leaders Bill McDermott, co-CEO of SAP; Jan Uhrich, vice president of Dell Global Support Services and Dell Global Public Services; Thomas Lah, executive director of TSIA; and J.B. Wood, president and CEO of TSIA.
